Professor McGill has carried out a lot of research into the safest exercises to strengthen your core. He came up with “The big 3” exercises.
Having a strong core is vital in preventing low back disorders and doing sit ups/crunches is not the answer! At NPT back pain clinic, once we get our clients better we like to keep them better by introducing core stability along with maintenance adjustments.
