The dust has settled after an thrilling weekend in Swansea โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ - The atmosphere, support, course and everything was just superb. Cant thank friends and family enough for that. Finally to get a PB and qualify for the world championships in Finland 2023 is something I never expected and to do it with a clinic member and fellow triathlete will be an experience I'll never forget ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ’ฏ - A massive well done to Swansea and everyone who raced and made it happen. ๐Ÿ™

What a memorable day all round - Community, suppor What a memorable day all round - Community, support, togetherness summed up in one event. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ - The Garry Vaughan 70.3 training day was an incredible success and one were proud to play a part in. So amazing to see the community bring this day together and raise so much for @olivia_finches_fight and we hope to grow it and make this an annual thing. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘ - Thanks to everyone who played a part and big shout out to our therapist @ro.ss5066 for soothing the aches and pains of athletes taking part ๐Ÿ™
Finally we got to see our girl @olivia_finches_fig Finally we got to see our girl @olivia_finches_fight who is an incredible fighter. She makes us all proud and realise how lucky we are to be well and healthy. Never take it for granted. She is smiling now but she has had weeks of brutal and invasive cancer treatment. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™ - We as a family and a clinic would like to thank everyone who donated small or large, as we have now reached the fundraising target of ยฃ250,000 ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŽ‰
